    While what you say is pretty good advice, I think it’s best to initially stay away from supplements. You want to get your body used to working out. When you work out, you’re stressing the body a bit. In doing so, it’ll burn more fat. Once you’ve started to see results (usually after 90 days) then you can start on a good supplement routine.

    I would suggest that you talk with a doctor before under going any kind of supplement program. You want to make sure that the supplements you’re ingesting are healthy. I’d say just stick to a good healthy diet should be sufficient, combined with exercise is the only way to go! :)
